convenient location efficient staff maintained room

The location was definitely convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient. I found the room (i stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room) to be clean and well kept, which i appreciate. (no grime or dust anywhere!)

The rooftop terrace was a lovely addition. I found the afternoon tea offered for hotel guests a good touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The location allowed easy access to main attractions.

the room was clean and spacious! fresh towels were available daily. the hotel's location allowed easy access to city transport. i found the rooftop bar and terrace to be a great spot to relax and enjoy the city views.

I noticed paper cups were provided in the room for tea and coffee. A minor inconvenience.

The rooftop bar impressed me, it was both affordable and had a great view. the bed and pillows were fantastic. I slept very well. the staff helped me with all my requests without problems.

the room only had paper cups for coffee and tea.

fantastic downtown location

good breakfast shower facilities great area

i really enjoyed the good breakfast choices. the shower room had very nice facilities. i found the location was in a great area, especially for restaurants and bars.

i experienced an issue with the curtain coming off the runner. it was repaired, but the same thing happened again. i was told they couldn't fix it the second time, so i was awakened as soon as the sun rose.

The staff are great, especially the reception, maids and breakfast staff, they are such an asset. They answered all questions. the welcome glass of port was a nice touch and much appreciated after a long journey. the rooftop bar staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on drink choices.

the location is fabulous. you can walk to most things including cafes and restaurants. the hotel is within walking distance of many points of interest. the hotel has private parking which was a huge plus for me.
